he was only spontaneously given while surfing the net or to people who
did us a favor). Criteria are: Web-Kindness, Open-Mindedness, Web Help,
Care, Offering Free Services, Inspiring other's with Wisdom or Beauty,
Sharing your Knowledge, Tolerance, Global Thinking or simply inspiring
Others by spreading your Creativity all over the net :-).With
other words we would like to meet a kind, unique and sharing person/site..This
award is one of our top awards and not easy to receive! We rate a site
in a proportion of 30 % technical know-how, 30% content (textual and visual)
and 40% general impression (artistry, uniqueness, creativity, innovation,
beauty, originality, web-magic, flair, wow-effect, honesty, dedication
or 'simply' kindness). To find out if you are a living human being and
no ghost or mysterious grey eminence, it would be also nice (and kind)
to find some biographical notes about yourself. We prefer personal and
partially commercial sites may both apply. Sites on hate, racism, intolerance,
pornography... should not apply. Thought-provoking and off-stream sites
with a positive attitude are highly welcome. The world needs a lot of re-thinking
:-) Erotic as an expression of art is ok. Please send us an.email.with
a short site description of your site, your country, browser recommendation
(generally your site should work with both main browers, Netscape &
IE!), personal data or zodiac sign (we are are also astrologers), gender,
aims of your site and don't forget to post your URL :-)
We.are
not easily impressed by hi-tech acrobatics, but by feeling the warmth of
your heart and your individuality. Should some acrobatics emphasize the
aims of your site, we have an understanding :-) But no heavy java-sites!
No animated backgrounds! No overloading with banners. Textual and visual
contact should work hand in hand. Moderate use of animations! No IE-only
sites (only few exceptions)! We check your site basically with Netscape
4.7 - You should have a minimum of 15 self-made pages and be older than
14 yrs. of age. Your site has to be in English or German.
Put.in
the subject-line 'Kindness Award'. We send the award via email-attachment.
If you can't receive attachments let us know in your application. There
is absolutely no need to sign our guestbook! And there is also no obligation
to link the award back. For us you are a receiver of our award from that
moment on when we receive your reply, that the award is online (together
with the URL of your main site as well as the URL of the site, the award
is displayed, either linked back or without link). We add you then
to our receiver's list. If you don't reply, the award is not given! Please
understand, that we don't find the time to spye your site if the award
is on or not. - If you don't hear from us within 2 weeks you didn't made
it this time. You may try another time after a 6 months period.

Some more awards to come! Occasionally we give also special awards, which
can't be applied for. The standard for.all.listed
awards is high and you should have a really good site which is worth to
visit. All awards are basically for private homepages. Exceptions are possible
but rare. It may happen that you receive a different award than applied
for. Be prepared for this :-) We started to give this.new.awards
in April 2001 and keep already winners lists which will be published as
soon as our full awards program with detailed criteria etc. is online.
